You Call This Yoga provides a variety of gentle mat and chair based yoga and meditation practices that are at no cost. Their mission is to enhance well-being with accessible yoga. Their vision is healthier individuals and communities through yoga practices.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer Opportunities include:
- Social media promotion of classes in Spanish and English speaking channels
- Community liaison to educate high schoolers about the benefits of yoga
- Fundraising assistance for our teacher stipends or operations
- Executive assistant for the Executive Director
Restrictions
Volunteers at You Call This Yoga must complete a one page registration and then an interview, be 16 years old or more, and not be court directed.
